Returns and Refunds
We at Label Lions want you to be as happy with your labels as we are. Customer satisfaction is an important part of our brand ethos, so if you aren’t satisfied with the quality of the product you received contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will investigate. A product will not be considered faulty if the perceived fault is due to general wear and tear or issues arising from abnormal use. We provide clear directions for applying the labels, please follow those exactly to prevent issues.
We may ask for any faulty items to be returned to us so we can be aware of the issue and prevent rare problems from cropping up again. Where applicable we will cover the cost of returning the item.

All our labels are made to order specially for you, and personalized based on your selections, therefore we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the products based on a change of mind.
Please double check your spellings before submitting your order, as we are unable to provide a refund or exchange where a typing error has occurred when entered by the customer on our website. Now more then ever there are a myriad of ways to spell even the most common names, it is impossible for us to know if it has been mis-spelt or just a creative spelling.
If you receive a label pack from us where the name has been spelt incorrectly and the error has been made by us, we will reprint and ship labels to you free of charge when we are notified.
